Key Features
- The Application (App) can generate Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Paper for A, B & C
Certificate
Exams of NCC
- The generated paper is bilingual (English & Hindi)
- Every time a paper is generated, different set of questions will appear
- Before generating the paper, the Presiding Officer (PO) and lay down the distribution of
question from various chapters
- The questions generated by the App are editable on the screen
- If the question needs to be replaced, there is an option to do so on the fly
- The layout of the paper conforms to the SNCCO insofar as the chapter wise marks allocation
is
and other stipulations are concerned
- Each question has the answer appended below the choices for that question. The answer number
is editable
- Once all editing is done, the paper is frozen at the click of a button
- Thereafter, three more sets of the paper are generated by randomly shuffling the question in
each section
- Four sets are therefore generated for Common and all Special Subjects for all the
Certificate
Exams
- The sets can be printed or saved as PDF
- Answer Key for each set is available
- Blank OMR sheet can be printed for distribution to the students
More Control on Paper Structure
- This feature helps the PO to decide the number of questions from each
chapter.
The PO can make changes within the overall marks allocated to that particular section.
There is a running live calculator to assist in this ex.
- It is required to set up the Common subject paper first. This is applicable to all
the Exams
- For setting up a paper, just clicking on the create button is sufficient. The Common paper
is presented to the PO
- The draft paper is amenable to changes as follows:
- Change a question by clicking on the icon highlighted in yellow
- Edit a question, options, answer as desired by clicking on the icon
indicated
by green line
Finalise and create sets
- After having approved all questions in the Common paper, It's time
to finalise it. To do so, click on the finalise button followed by save button in the bottom
band.
Clicking on finalise button will remove the option to replace a question or to edit
question/options
- As you finish with one button the next one becomes active till all four sets
are saved
one after the other
- After the Common paper is saved, the App navigates to Saved Paper sets.
- Now the PO can generate question paper for Special subjects one by one. Eg to
generate
paper for Army, click on the relevant button. On clicking, the page for selecting chapter
wise questions
within the overall allotted marks is opened
- This paper can be downloaded as a Word doc. Alternatively there is also an
option to either print it or save it as a pdf file by clicking the print button
- The answer key and marked omr as per the answer key is also available
Printing of OMR Sheet and Evaluation
- Blank OMR sheet for marking by students can also be printed from the same page.
- There is also an option to let students write there selected option for a
question
such as "A", "B" or "C" etc instead of marking it on OMR. Blank and marked samples are as

- The handwritten answers can be evaluated using this page. The resultant
evaluation
is displayed below
Question Bank
- Questions in the question bank have been generated programmatically.
Each question has six options with one option as the correct option. The question generation
algorithm randomly selects four options keeping the correct one in it.
- Since questions may need some editing and refining, editing questions
in the question bank has been enabled for root users
